Since its construction in 1953, the winery has been extended and renovated a number of times. Currently it has modern facilities such as the production room, consisting of stainless steel vats with a three million litre storage capacity. Bodega de Sarría also has 6,000 casks made from French and American oak which are used for the ageing of the wines. As stipulated by the Regulating Council of the Navarra Designation of Origin Regulating Council, the casks are not used in the winery for more than 9 years.

Another important facility is the bottling area, which has a storage capacity of one million litres.
