This wine was made with tender loving care and personal
attention, choosing the best
grapes from our vineyards in Valdizarbe and Ribera
Alta, in Navarra.
WINEMAKING
The author bestowed the utmost care upon this wine
from the vineyard onward and marked new paths in its
vinification. The wine was fermented and macerated
with the skins for 15 days at a temperature of 28°C.
It was aged for 24 months in Allier, Nevers and American
oak casks, followed by a minimum of one year ageing
in the bottle. The result is a fine Reserva, with
a delicate aroma of roses and just the right touch
of wood; an exquisite and harmonious ensemble.
TASTING
Intense, deep red. Aroma of roses; spicy and balsamic.
Very complex, with notes of mint. Very good wood.
Modern flavours with dairy notes and hints of prunes
and caramel. Ideal for grilled red meats, game and
raw fish.
