Hand-harvested grapes from our Vineyard n°5 at
the exact stage of ripeness. Old Grenache goblet-pruned
vineyards with over 50 years of age.
WINEMAKING
The must is extracted following the “sangrado
de lágrima” or “free running”
traditional
method. The lees are then removed naturally at 8°-10°C
in order to clarify the
must, which then ferments at a controlled and constant
temperature of 13°C. The fermentation is extended
as much as possible in order to allow a maximum extraction
of the aromas.
TASTING
Bright and intense cherry red colour. Aromas with
a strong berry character, hints of strawberries, raspberries
and wild flowers. Long, silky and fresh on the palate.
Persistence of fruity features and appealing finish.
Serve at 8°-10°C. Ideal for all types of light
courses: pasta, vegetables, fish, rice and white meats.
