The Grenache grapes used in the making of this Rosé
wine comes from our associated vineyards.
WINEMAKING
The must is extracted using the static draining technique
– or bleeding – after 8-10 hours of maceration.
The clean must is left to ferment in stainless steel
tanks at a temperature of 15°C. After a series
of decantings, the wine is kept in the tank until
it is finally bottled.
TASTING

of wild fruits. Fresh, soft, delicate and pleasant.
