This young wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes,
renowned as one of the
best grapes for the making of white wines. The special
circumstances of the vineyards of Señorío
de Sarría are ideal for the making of this
fresh and fruity type of wines.
WINEMAKING
The grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must
is left in contact with the skins
during the slight maceration in the stainless steel
tanks. The must is then extracted by
gravity and cooled to favour its natural clarification,
a process which lasts 16 hours. The clean must is
decanted and the fermentation begins at a temperature
of 15°C and lasts for 12-15 days.
TASTING
Pale yellow colour with hints of green. Intense, fruity
aroma with hints of apple. Fresh and vivacious flavour
with a lovely and aromatic finish. Serve at 6°-8°C.
Ideal for white fish, seafood, light courses and cheese.
