This naturally sweet wine is made from muscatel grapes
from vineyards that Bodega de Sarría has in
the Ribera Baja of Navarra, in Corella, in a place
ideal for growing this grape variety because of its
luminosity.
WINEMAKING
After the crushing, the grapes undergo a low-pressure
pressing process to obtain the free-run juice. The
fermentation is stopped naturally at the exact moment
of desired sugar concentration.
TASTING
Golden yellow. Clean, clear and bright. Complex and
intense aromas characteristic of the variety. Ample
and sugary in the mouth with a savoury and glycerollike
transition. Aftertaste of raisins, peach and honey.
Serve at 8°C. Ideal for foie gras, cured cheeses
and desserts in general.
